Within a few months, I noticed significant changes. My anxiety decreased, my sleep improved, and I felt a deeper connection with myself. I learned to be more compassionate toward myself, let go of guilt, and handle stress in a healthier way. Most importantly, I regained the joy of living.

Today, I still attend therapy when I need it, practice yoga and meditation regularly, and feel more empowered to face life’s challenges. My journey isn’t over, but I’m in a much better place thanks to mental health therapy and wellness practices.
